PROHIBITING/ALLOWING THE PROVISION OF DATA FOR ELECTION CAMPAIGN PURPOSES

Voters have the right to prohibit the election bodies from disclosing the data (the voter's name, address, age, and gender) registered about them in the electoral register of polling districts at the request of the candidate or party presenting the list during the election campaign period and may also withdraw their previous prohibition.
