02 - NOTIFICATION OF EARNINGS EXCEEDING EIGHTEEN TIMES OF THE STATUTORY MINIMUM WAGE(NYF_KERSZUN_01)

A person, who was in receipt of benefits prior to retirement age, service benefit for armed forces, life annuity for dance artists or transitional annuity for miners is obliged to notify if their income in the given year, which is the basis for social security contributions, exceeds eighteen times the statutory minimum wage on the first day of the year (i.e. the annual limit amount).
