COMPANY REGISTRATION AND CHANGE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES

The company registration procedure and the change registration procedure are electronic procedures for entering a company’s information in the Company Register and for registering any changes in a company’s information in the Company Register, to be launched by request, in which legal representation is mandatory. Requests must be submitted to the Court of Registration competent according to the registered seat of the company within 30 days of the execution of the company’s deed of foundation or the occurrence of the change. The Court of Registration will examine the application for format and content within three and eight working days, respectively, at the latest. In a simplified company registration procedure, the Court of Registration will make a decision within one working day, and sample documents may be used.
