Applying for Hungarian social security number for foreign persons

Using a designated form (order), employers may request that the national health insurance body create a social security number for insured foreign nationals at the start of their employment (or on their appointment). The national health insurance body will notify the employer of the number and when the official document certifying the social security number is ready to be collected.
