01 - CLAIM FOR INTERNATIONAL OLD AGE PENSION AND OTHER BENEFITS ON HIS/HER OWN RIGHT (NK_ORNY)

Procedure for the establishment of the Hungarian and foreign old-age pensions of persons who have service period in  Hungary as well as an EEA state, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or a contracting party of the agreement. The Hungarian benefit is established by the Government Office of Capital City Budapest on the basis of the claim. The claim for a foreign pension is forwarded to the foreign pension body for the establishment of the benefit. Under the Hungarian-Soviet social policy agreement, only the Hungarian pension body establishes benefits for claimants living in Hungary.
