Information on data processed in the system of criminal records registers

Based on the right to informational self-determination, any natural person (data subject) may request information from the criminal records authority about his/her personal data managed in the system of criminal records registers, including the purpose, legal basis and duration of the data processing, and, if necessary, request the rectification or erasure of his/her data.
