FILING AN APPLICATION FOR JUDICIAL OVERSIGHT PROCEDINGS WITH A COURT OF REGISTRATION

The purpose of the proceedings is to ensure the authenticity of registers of official company records and to have the lawful operation of a company enforced by a Court of Registration. Applications may be submitted on paper or electronically within 30 days of becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to an application, or within 1 year of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the proceedings. Possible measures by the Court of Registration: fines; annulment of a decision and ordering a new decision to be made; convening a supreme body; appointment of a supervisory commissioner; declaring the company dissolved; initiation of liquidation proceedings, or mandatory deregistration.
