Procedure for the registration of data altruism organisations

The National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information  (hereinafter "the Authority" or "the NAIH") shall, upon request, register an organisation that meets the requirements under Article 18 of the Data Governance Act if it complies with the conditions set out in Section 64/G of Act CXII of 2011 and Chapter IV of the Data Governance Act.
